How long does it take to transform? It's important to understand that a transformation varies from person to person and their personal goals. Your chapter 1 is different and should be written differently from someone's chapter 10. Instead of focusing on the time it will take, we want our clients to refocus on how they can sustain their transformation and continue to build on it so that their fitness and nutrition, becomes a part of their lifestyle.

How is Next Level Evolution different from other programs? It's not that the programming is different, what sets us apart is how we BUILD TRUST and that is a form exercise in itself with the goal to gain strength, flexibility, and endurance, which is important for our clients so they may be able to progress with each milestone achieved!

What does a long-term training plan look like? As we all know, it's the journey in between the start and finish, that matters most. Patience and sustainability must first be applied over time, in order for clients to optimize / maximize on progress. We will set S.M.A.R.T goals and then a personalized comprehensive plan of action. These goals will be realistic so a client is able to stay focused and motivated.

What mistakes do people make when starting a body transformation? Not focusing on the whole-body holistically, ie hyper focused on working out, instead of their nutrition. We will help you bridge both workouts & nutrition (along with other important factors) so that you have a successful transformation.

How can one overcome social barriers and lack of acceptance during a body transformation? It is one of the reasons why we created and build Next Level Evolution. It's important to have a strong support system in place and insulate yourself from negative feedback. This is where self-love and self-acceptance plays an important role in your success.
