We had numerous Next Level Evolution athletes participating in bodybuilding competitions ranging from Alaska to Washington state.
First up is Tjay — an athlete who embodies discipline, patience, and true long-game commitment.
This year marked a major milestone in her journey. After an extensive building season focused on adding maturity, density, and balance to her physique, we utilized a strategic cut not just as a prep, but as a physique refinement phase. For Tjay, this wasn’t about just stepping on stage — it was about sharpening her look and setting the foundation for an even stronger future.
On Saturday, November 8th, she competed at the NPC Northwest Championships. This show played a crucial role in assessing and fine-tuning her physique. It gave us an opportunity to evaluate her conditioning, shape, and stage presence in real time, allowing her to maintain a competitive structure throughout the rest of the year as we prepare for the 2026 competition season.
Bodybuilding is an ever-evolving sport. The physique you present is never the final one — unless you decide it is. Progress is ongoing, and every season offers another chance to level up, reshape, and redefine what’s possible.
Tjay stepped on stage with confidence, poise, and undeniable growth. Her hard work showed, and the momentum she’s built is setting her up for a powerful next chapter.
Congratulations, Tjay, on an amazing show.Your dedication is the standard — and 2026 better be ready for you.

Next up is NLE Bodybuilding Client, Jacquelyn — a true example of grit, clarity, and commitment.
Having competed years ago in her first NPC Bikini competition, Jacquelyn set a personal goal to come back stronger, smarter, and with more structure. This time, she wanted to approach her journey as a Natural competitor, prioritizing her health above all else. In a sport as extreme as bodybuilding, that choice matters. It’s important for athletes to know they can advocate for themselves and set boundaries for how far they want to push their bodies. And it’s equally important to have a coach who respects those limitations.
From day one, Jaq made her expectations very clear — and together, we embraced a healthy, sustainable, and intentional approach to her 12-week prep. What she accomplished within those twelve weeks was nothing short of remarkable.
We started prep in February 2025 with an initial focus on the Fit Model Division, working on cutting body fat while maintaining a feminine shape. As her physique evolved, it became obvious that her structure, lines, and symmetry aligned more naturally with NPC Bikini. So we pivoted — because the best preps are the ones where athlete and coach listen to the body, not force a division.
Despite a demanding schedule, Jacquelyn never wavered. As a busy mom to her energetic two-year-old, Bri-Bri, she showed up to every session with her by her side. On top of motherhood, she teaches group fitness and completed the majority of her prep training from her home gym — something incredibly difficult to do at a competitive level and not always recommended. But Jacquelyn made it work. She trusted the process, adapted to challenges, and truly made this prep her own.
The transformation from the start of prep to show day was undeniable. The judges highlighted her amazing stage presence, loving her personality, confidence, and energy — all traits that came naturally to her and required zero coaching. She shined from the moment she stepped on stage.
Congratulations, Jaq, on your incredible journey back to the NPC stage. You defied the odds, honored your values, and brought an authentic, empowered version of yourself to the stage. This comeback was yours — and you earned every bit of it.
Last but certainly not least, we’re celebrating NPC Fit Model athlete and Next Level Evolution’s very first Fit Model competitor, Jamie!
Jamie is no stranger to the stage. Known as Mrs. Alaska 2024, and having competed in multiple NPC Bikini shows, she brings elegance, discipline, and undeniable presence every time she steps under the lights. I’ve had the privilege of working with Jamie for several years — first through postpartum training, then guiding her return to the stage through posing and foundations. But this year marked something special: she brought me on as her full prep coach.
And her prep? Truly every coach’s dream.
Jamie entered prep already fit, healthy, and committed — she makes it a priority to maintain her well-being year-round, long before cutting calories or manipulating macros. That foundation allowed us to start seamlessly at 12 weeks out, transitioning smoothly into the brand-new NPC Fit Model division, which ended up being the perfect fit for her lifestyle and physique.
Her timing couldn’t have been better. The Fit Model division gave her the space to balance work, home, motherhood, and prep without sacrificing time with her family. Jamie made it clear from the beginning that she wanted a prep that allowed for flexibility — she wanted to compete, but she also wanted to live. She wanted to enjoy her summer trips, make memories, and still follow through with her goals. And she did exactly that.
Not many competitors can successfully prep while maintaining such balance. That’s why I often remind people: bodybuilding isn’t for everyone. It requires a unique combination of genetics, structure, discipline, and adaptability. For some, prep is a major sacrifice; for others — like Jamie — it comes naturally, supported by consistency, experience, and a deep understanding of her body. As a natural athlete, she came into this prep with clarity and intention, and we built in flexibility where needed without compromising her results.
The outcome was nothing short of exceptional.
Jamie won 1st place in her NPC Fit Model class and missed the Overall by just one point. Her poise, her shape, her conditioning, and her stage presence all came together exactly as they needed to. It was a proud moment for her, for me, and for Next Level Evolution.
Congratulations, Jamie!Thank you for trusting me as your coach and for also being an incredible friend.Your dedication, balance, and authenticity set the standard — and this is only the beginning for NLE in the Fit Model division.
