We're bringing the NLE Newsletter back!

It's been a while since I've sent one of these out, but I'm excited to bring it back as a simple way to keep our NLE community connected.

Each month, I'll share what's happening around the gym, upcoming events, member shout-outs, training and nutrition tips, and a little motivation to keep you moving forward.

September is a great time to reset, refocus, and get back into a routine. Whether you've been crushing your goals all summer or you've gotten a little off track, there's no better time than now to get back to the basics and start showing up for yourself.

📣 WHAT'S HAPPENING AT NLE

SEPTEMBER EVENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

Reminder that BOOTCAMPS are free for clients/members and $15 for non-members (sign up either online website or text Coach Ida). While the gym floor is occupied during bootcamp times, you may still utilize the cardio room or upstairs exercise floor.

📅 THURSDAYS @5:30 PM: 9/3, 9/10, & 9/24 - BOOTY BOOT CAMP 45- minutes of GLUTE focused exercises with Coach Ida

📅 SATURDAYS @9:00 AM: 9/5, 9/12, & 9/26 - FULL BODY BOOT CAMP 45- minutes of UPPER & LOWER body focused exercises with Coach Ida

📅 ***NO BOOTCAMPS*** : THURS 9/17 & SAT 9/19 Coach Ida will be out of town from 9/17-9/20.

This is just a little taste of what's coming.

Over the next few months, we'll be sharing more about the NLE 2027 rebrand, including the new visual identity, what inspired the change, and what this next chapter means for our community.
